MD Afsar Hussain
He ran an AI hiring drive that placed 20 candidates in six days and made headlines — then built the product that argues hiring should always work that way. Flocci Talent sources resumes straight from Gmail, screens them against a content-addressed AI cache that never pays to reach the same verdict twice, and moves candidates through a 12-stage pipeline. An architect's answer to the one process that had never met an architect.
Why Flocci Talent exists
Ten years inside SAP's enterprise core left MD Afsar Hussain with two architect's instincts, and both are stamped into Talent. The first: never let business logic depend on a single vendor — so Talent's entire AI engine lives behind one code boundary fronting ten interchangeable providers, Flocci Intelligence by default, swapped by editing a config line rather than rewriting a screening flow. The second: never pay to redo settled work — so screening is content-addressed, and re-running the same resume against the same job description is billed at 1 credit instead of 50. He didn't just build an ATS; he aimed it at hiring — a process he knows from the inside, having run an AI recruitment drive that placed twenty candidates in six days and made headlines. Talent is that conviction, productized: read the story at press-release.flocci.in.
From SAP's enterprise core to 80+ products
A B.Tech from BIT Mesra and an M.Tech from BITS Pilani set the foundation for more than ten years as a senior engineer at SAP Labs India — SAP BusinessObjects Cloud, a petabyte-scale data infrastructure, and SAP Cloud ALM used by millions across 100+ countries. Then MD Afsar Hussain left to prove one architect could build an entire ecosystem on a single shared foundation: ERP, POS, HRMS, D2C, work apps and AI — every vertical launching in weeks, not years.
Built by someone who actually hires
Most recruiting software is built by people who have never run a hiring drive. Talent is the opposite. As a founder scaling an 80-product studio and a mentor to 30+ startups, MD Afsar Hussain lives the problem it solves — resumes scattered across Gmail threads, a shortlist that has to be right the first time. That is why Talent sources from the inbox instead of a manual upload box, scores a job description with AI before the role goes live, and resurfaces strong candidates from closed pipelines when the next requisition opens. It is also the estate's first and only Python/FastAPI backend — an architect reaching past his own Node default because AI-heavy screening deserved the right tool, not the familiar one.

"Building platforms that empower others to build. That's the true measure of an architect's legacy."
